Customer Support

We will be happy to interact with you and help you with whatever you need. Since the team that will take care of you on the island only speaks Guna and Spanish, there may be a bit of a language barrier, as they do not speak English, their English will be very basic, however, we will do our best to meet you. your expectations (we speak universal language)

Other highlights

  • The tax to enter the San Blas region is $ 5.00 for nationals and residents and $ 20.00 for tourists. This fee is not included and you will be asked for this fee upon entering the Guna Yala (Nusagandi) protected area and USD 2.00 per person upon arrival at the port.

.

  • Drinks are not included, the Islands generally sell water, soft drinks and beer, however we recommend that you bring your own drinks, especially water. There is no fee to bring your own drinks.

.

  • We have basic and shared bathrooms, remember that Guna Yala is "rustic", but that's the beauty of it! However, there is always someone who takes care of cleaning the bathrooms and we are one of the small islands that offer fresh water for a good shower.

.

  • Drones are not allowed in the cabins.

.

  • Transportation is an ADDITIONAL SERVICE that you must request directly from the person in charge of reservations.
